Just today I took a day for prioritizing and reflection. During the dishes I was listening to a Franklin Covey audio presentation. The trainer, Jennifer Colosimo was explaining how we humans are 'wired' to focus on one thing at a time. So it's a biological need to set our priorities and say 'YES' only to the things that matter most! I will check out the Blog you mentioned in your post.
