Real progress hurts. It’s that simple. It’s a hurdle we have to take. By changing our environment we oftentimes escape taking the hurdle. Stay where you are and make that change, go through that development. We should push like athletes and feel a pinch of pain. Not too much, not too little. Like a friend says when cooking.
