When I told people of my plans to stay at Audarya, I oftentimes called it an adventure into the self. Many people of my age go traveling abroad and try to visit as many places as possible. But I decided to stay at one place for 5 months. Our minds are so used to seeing change and being triggered by the outside that it is bound to plague you when you sit still. The more you try to stop, the more you will see your inner attachments/life. It so happens that sometimes songs come to my head here that I didn’t even remember knowing. This is all part of the adventure of myself. I can hear people say what is bad about hearing those songs. Well if you are trying to concentrate and your mind dictates what is in your head, this can be quite an annoyance.
